Additional Information / Boat Review:

Engine Manufacturer, Model, and Horsepower Rating:

yamaha 150 4 stroke
What do you like and dislike about the engine(s)?

good gas mileage. runs well
What type trailer do you have and what do you like and dislike about it?

E Z loader tandem axle with hydrolic brakes
Is this boat trailerable and if so what type vehicle, at minimum, would you recommend to adequately pull this rig?

I have a GMC Envoy with a V 6. Pulls it nicely, but doesn't get great mileage
How much fuel does the boat hold and what is its approximate range?

70 gallon. Not sure about range
Describe the ride and handling in moderate chop and in rough water:

Needs trim tabs.Fairly dry ride in moderate chop. It rides bow high and pounds pretty well in rough water, but it will handle rough seas.
If applicable, what type of fishing would you say this rig is best suited for and why?

4 feet and up, and does well offshore. We fish the flats and go out 15-20 miles for grouper.
Describe the layout of the boat including storage, live wells, lockers and so on:

anchor locker in front, small cooler/storage behind that with large storage in the floor up front. cooler w/seat attached to front of console. dry storage under console that opens. 4 fish boxes in floor. Storage for 4 rods in gunnels and 4 rod holders on heavy duty t-top.large livewell under captain's chairs. 2 rear seats.
How has the rig held up over time?

had it for 11 months. so far so good
What are some things that you find exceptional about this boat?

Plastic hull has some flex in rough seas. Feels good. Great hardware and T-top.
What are some things you do not like about this boat?

it wanders at slow speeds. fishboxes have gaskets that don't seal out water and don't drain completely.
Do you know of another manufacturer that makes this same boat under a different name?

no
Would you buy this boat again or recommend it to a friend?

They are improving the manufacturing process each year, and the 2008 is a much better boat. if you are not a fit and finish person, then I would.
What would you say this boat is worth in its current condition?

$25,000
What other boat would you have bought for roughly the same money if you had it to do over again and why?

not sure
Add any other details or comments you think people should know about this boat if they are considering buying one like it:

It has a very durable hull since it is plastic instead of fiberglass. They are making progress on the fit of the components, but I really like the ride and the durability of the hull.
