Additional Information / Boat Review:

Engine Manufacturer, Model, and Horsepower Rating:

Mercury, 1999, 90HP
What do you like and dislike about the engine(s)?

I'm happy, nothing really noteable either way.
What type trailer do you have and what do you like and dislike about it?

Performance......My lights don't all work. The brake lights don't but the running lights do so, instead of fixing them I just turn the headlights on when I am applying the brakes. Pretty lazy huh.
Is this boat trailerable and if so what type vehicle, at minimum, would you recommend to adequately pull this rig?

I tow it with a 4-Runner, don't even know its back there.
How much fuel does the boat hold and what is its approximate range?

42 Gallons I can run a long, long way.
Describe the ride and handling in moderate chop and in rough water:

The boat handles like a champ in moderate chop. It is not designed for rough water, 3 footers is living H#LL.
If applicable, what type of fishing would you say this rig is best suited for and why?

It's best for near shore and flats (9" draft) but, it handles well and feels safe as long as the waters not rough. I have had it out 20 miles.
Describe the layout of the boat including storage, live wells, lockers and so on:

Anchor locker, Lockable Storage Compartments Under Consoles, Huge Storage Under Front Deck. 10 Gal Livewell, 10 Gal Fish Box.
How has the rig held up over time?

I stole (bought Cheap) this boat lightly used in 2001. The boat is solid and has held up very well, just the normal bumps and bruises from being used.
What are some things that you find exceptional about this boat?

It is SOLID and will run skinny.
What are some things you do not like about this boat?

I can't set the compass to west and open the throttle up for an hour and a half.
Do you know of another manufacturer that makes this same boat under a different name?

Nope
Would you buy this boat again or recommend it to a friend?

I would recommend it but if I was doing it over again, I would have bought a Mako or Grady "to get me out there"
What would you say this boat is worth in its current condition?

$8000.00
What other boat would you have bought for roughly the same money if you had it to do over again and why?

For the same money? I would have bought this one. If I had to do it over again? I would have gone in the hole another $20000.00.
Add any other details or comments you think people should know about this boat if they are considering buying one like it:

If you want a GOOD family/fishing boat for near shore, rivers, flats etc. This is one solid, well made boat. If you want to go off shore or get out in less than ideal weather, then get something bigger or you will spend many days wishin you were fishin'.
